Es todo un placer haber sido seleccionado para el 2017 Rabotilnica Workshop,
celebrado entre el 15 y el 25 de Junio en su 8ª edición en una particular villa llamada Shkorpilovtsi junto a la costa del Mar Negro.

It´s a pleasure have been selected for 2017 Rabotilnica Workshop,
celebrated between 15th and 25th June in its 8th edition in a particular bulgarian town called Shkorpilovtsi next to the Black Sea coast.
Proyecto coordinado por el diseñador Velichko Velikov, en representación del colectivo de diseño búlgaro “Cherga”.

It was a project coordinated by the designer Velichko Velikov, in representation of Bulgarian design group called “Cherga”.
A diferencia de otros workshop que se limitan a aumentar/complementar tus conocimientos mediante talleres y cápsulas de formación y hacer networking a través de la convivencia, en este caso, además de ello se trabajó en base a briefing reales con fabricantes de mueble de Bulgaria, buscando la posibilidad de generar oportunidades de negocio entre empresa y designer.

Unlike other workshops only conceived for increase/complement the knowledge by means of workshops and training courses and make networking through living together, on this occasion, besides that we worked with real briefings with bulgarian furniture manufacturers, looking for generate business opportunities between company and designer.
Asistimos cerca de 25 participantes, mayormente llegados desde diferentes puntos de Bulgaria. Una minoría fuimos los designer internacionales, venidos desde Barcelona, Colombia, Brasil, Serbia e incluso Corea del Sur.

We attended around 25 participants, a high proportion coming from different locations of Bulgaria. International designers were minority, coming from Barcelona, Colombia, Brazil, even South Corea.
Tuvimos la suerte de contar con la presencia (e interés de cerrar contratos) de las siguientes empresas: Malmgren Interiors, Wolfram, Metal Invest, Beton Project, y Dragi.

En definitiva, una experiencia más que recomendable!

Definitively it was a great experience!
Not only for the human quality there and the living together days next to the beach, but because the possibility to open the door to a business relationship with international clients.
